Thoughts about home are keeping you from concentrating on work, so deal with the household matter in the morning. With a clear head you will get more done than you planned.
Someone close to you is waiting for simple attention, not for you to solve their problems. Ask how they are and let them finish what they have to say.
Make a list of what the home actually needs and keep it separate from the list of what you want. Do the shopping later, once the picture of the week becomes clearer.
Put the difficult tasks off until tomorrow and spend today clearing your inbox and the small stuff. You are working slower than usual, and for a Monday that is perfectly normal.
Your stomach is reacting to the weekend excesses, so eat something simpler and warmer today. An early night will bring you back into shape faster than any remedy.
