President Donald Trump urged the Senate on Saturday to immediately pass legislation making daylight saving time permanent.
In a bid to increase pressure over the bill, Trump shared what was identified as the personal cellphone number of Sen. Tom Cotton, an Arkansas Republican and the measure’s chief critic. The dispute centered on whether the Senate would move ahead with year-round daylight saving time.
