Green Bay beat Chicago 31-7 at Lambeau Field on Sunday, forcing five turnovers in a rematch of last season’s NFC Wild Card game.
Jordan Love completed 25 of 31 passes for 367 yards and two touchdowns. He found Christian Watson for a score on the opening drive, and Xavier McKinney’s first interception set up a Marshawn Lloyd touchdown that put the Packers ahead 14-0 early in the second quarter.
Chicago cut the deficit to 14-7 by halftime on D’Andre Swift’s fourth-and-goal touchdown after a 16-play drive. The Bears did not score again. Love connected with Watson for another touchdown in the third quarter, and McKinney’s second interception led to Lloyd’s second score.
The result reversed the teams’ previous playoff meeting, when Chicago eliminated Green Bay with a fourth-quarter comeback at Soldier Field. Packers coach Matt LaFleur is now 13-2 against the Bears.
