Sky Harbor expands local concessions
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is expanding its concessions program with a stronger regional focus, adding more local restaurants and shops as new Terminal 4 concepts begin opening in late 2026.
The city says the refresh is part of a broader overhaul of the airport’s food and retail lineup. Phoenix Sky Harbor is also marking Airport Concessions Day on Sept. 16. More than 125 concessions operate across the Phoenix airport system, and they generated $378 million in revenue in 2025, supporting hundreds of jobs.
Planned Terminal 4 additions include Collins Small Batch Kitchen, The Macintosh and The Mexicano by Chef Joey. In the pre-security area, Gong cha is scheduled to open its first U.S. airport location at Sky Harbor by the end of 2026, and Panera Bread is also planned. The airport said the refresh is meant to give passengers more options tied to Phoenix’s local food scene while keeping a mix of national brands.
