Yesterday's agreement needs confirming in writing, so do it today. Verbal terms are forgotten faster than you expect.
At home they have been waiting for you all week, so switch off the work chat until Monday. One completely free evening is worth more than ten promises.
Write down the new terms together with the effective date and the amount. In a month that note will save you an unpleasant conversation.
Make a list of everything you are handing over and send it officially. Without a written record, delegation stays at the level of words.
Your back and neck are asking for warmth and stretching after a demanding week. Do not put it off until the weekend; do it this evening.
