The start of the week is calm, which is a good moment to simply go through your list of friends and colleagues. Someone is long overdue a few words from you, and that person may prove useful later.
Closeness with someone from your circle can grow warmer if you show an interest in their affairs. Do not argue over trifles, and suggest meeting at the weekend instead.
Work out which expenses this week are tied to trips, meetings and gifts. Do not promise friends a loan today, and first think about how you will discuss it.
Go through your work chats and mark the discussions where your opinion is genuinely awaited. Bold promises are best avoided today, so choose only what you are sure you can deliver.
Your body craves movement, so take the stairs instead of the lift and walk at least part of the way. In the evening, stretch your hips and lower back, and your sleep will be noticeably better.
