Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded just after 4:15 a.m., along with deputies from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue crews. Paramedics took the injured people to area hospitals. Their conditions were not known.
An FHP cruiser was in a small ditch at the scene, but its involvement in the crash was unclear. First responders and tow trucks were also at the site.
