President Donald Trump gave out Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton’s personal cellphone number on Saturday while pressing the Senate to pass a bill for year-round daylight saving time.
Cotton, a Republican, is the bill’s chief critic. Trump urged senators to act immediately and used the number to increase pressure over the proposal.
