Souplantation plans to reopen its former Fountain Valley restaurant in 2027, the company’s director of corporate affairs, Marlee Lossing, confirmed. No exact opening date has been announced.
The Orange County restaurant, at 11179 Talbert Avenue, would bring the San Diego-founded chain back to California after it closed all its locations during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020.
Lossing said the reopened restaurant will retain Souplantation’s all-you-can-eat format, with a salad bar, soups, freshly baked breads and desserts.
