Federal agents have arrested a third suspect in the July 2025 mass shooting on Edgewood Avenue, according to the FBI.
The agency said FBI SWAT agents found Ze’kevious Perry at a home in Montgomery, Alabama. He had already been charged in April with one count of felony murder and 10 counts of felony aggravated assault in the case.
Authorities say the shooting killed Santos Wyatt, a 27-year-old father, and wounded 10 other people. Two other suspects, Rico Arnold, 19, and Nasir Williams, were arrested in the days after the shooting and also face murder and aggravated assault charges.
Perry’s arrest means all three suspects named in the case are now in custody. Wyatt’s mother, Colandra Atkinson, said the latest arrest was welcome news as she awaits trial.
