Eden O’Donnell set a West Seattle High School varsity record in the 100 fly at the girls’ swim and dive team’s latest meet, athletic director Corey Sorenson reported.
Ten swimmers traveled to the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way on Saturday for the 30th annual Mukilteo Invitational. O’Donnell also swam on the 200 free relay team with Evelyn Nguyen, Avery Forcum and Matty Ogle.
Alina Luff recorded lifetime bests in the 50 and 100 free, while Ogle posted a season best in the 100 back. The traveling group included five seniors, two sophomores and three freshmen.
West Seattle is scheduled to face Eastside Catholic at 4 p.m. Friday at Southwest Pool.
