Several Georgia high school football games have been moved up to avoid bad weather expected from Hurricane Isaias this weekend.

Isaias intensified into a hurricane overnight and was in the southeastern Gulf. It was expected to reach the northern U.S. Gulf Coast late Friday or early Saturday.

Thursday’s Georgia High School Association schedule includes games shifted because of the weather, as well as games previously set for Thursday or moved for other reasons.
