A Saturday night fire at a Staten Island apartment building left one person dead and another injured, the FDNY said.
Fire officials received a report at about 8:08 p.m. from a six-story building on Park Hill Avenue. The fire was on the second floor, in the stretch between Sobel Court and Roff Street.
The injured person was evaluated at the scene. Their condition was not known Saturday night, and officials had not released the name of the person who died.
