The Golden State Warriors have reportedly agreed to a five-year, $110 million extension with guard Brandin Podziemski. The agreement includes a mutual option for the fifth year and a trade kicker.
Podziemski, 23, was Golden State’s first-round pick in 2023. Last season, he averaged 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game, and led the team in total rebounds. He has made 37.5% of his three-point attempts over his career.
The new deal is set to begin next summer and run through 2032. It would give the Warriors a longer-term commitment to a young rotation player while removing the prospect of restricted free agency for Podziemski after this season.
